Shipping policy

1. Home Delivery

• Sim Sim Foods offers home delivery only within Melbourne from Monday to Friday. We currently do not offer delivery outside of Melbourne.

• Standard Delivery: A flat fee of $15 applies to orders below $100.
• Free Delivery: Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery.
• Delivery times may vary based on location, traffic, and courier availability.

 

2. Click & Collect (Self Pickup)

For customers who prefer to pick up their orders, we offer a free Click & Collect option:

• Pickup Location: 13 Beverage Drive, Tullamarine, Victoria 3043
• Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed on Public Holidays)
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
