1. No Returns or Exchanges for Opened Items

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any opened food items.

 

2. Refunds and Replacements

We will offer a replacement or refund if the product you have received meets any of the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Item: If you have received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Faulty Product: If the product is incomplete (e.g., missing components or packaging issues).
  • Damaged Product: If the item arrives damaged. A photo of the damaged product is required for verification. Without photo proof, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.

 

3. Return Conditions

  • Customers must make a claim within 3 days after delivery.
  • The returned item must be in the same condition as received (new and unused, with original packaging intact).
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations cannot be made after order has been dispatched.
