How to Make Teriyaki Enoki Beef Rolls
1. Prepare the mushrooms: Trim the roots off the enoki mushrooms and separate them into small bundles.
2. Roll the beef: Place a bundle of enoki mushrooms onto each slice of beef and roll tightly.
3. Sauté the onions: Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the onions until soft and fragrant.
4. Cook the beef rolls: Arrange the beef rolls on top of the onions in the pan.
