How to Make Crispy Dumplings

1. Pan-fry and steam: Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Add the dumplings, then pour in a small amount of water to cover the base. Cover and steam for about 10 minutes.

2. Prepare the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, black vinegar, and a generous spoonful of Sim Sim Food Studio Signature Chilli Oil. Add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions. Stir well.
